Cancellation Policy
To ensure efficient and correct service to all guests, the following cancellation conditions apply:
1. Free cancellation You can cancel your reservation free of charge up to 7 days before the arrival date.
2. Late cancellations For cancellations made from 6 to 2 days before arrival, 50% of the total amount of the stay will be charged.
3. No-show In case of no-show without prior notice, 100% of the reservation amount will be charged.
4. Early departure In case of early departure compared to the reservation, no refund will be provided for unused nights.
5. Non-refundable reservations Any promotional rates or special offers may have non-refundable conditions, specified at the time of booking.
6. Cancellation Policy Cancellations must be communicated via:
- Telephone
- Booking platform used
The date of receipt of the request will be valid.
