House rules

To ensure a pleasant stay for all guests, we ask you to respect the following rules:

1. Quiet hours Please respect the silence from 10pm to 8am, avoiding noises that may disturb other guests and neighbours.

2. Check-in and documents Upon arrival, it is mandatory to present a valid identity document for registration in accordance with current legislation.

3. Smoking ban Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms and common areas (except in dedicated outdoor areas, if present).

4. External guests Access to unregistered guests is not permitted without management authorization.

5. Cleanliness and order You are required to keep the room and common areas in a decent condition during your stay.

6. Use of spaces and equipment All furnishings and equipment must be used with care. Any damage must be reported promptly.

7. Keys and Access Guests are responsible for the keys they receive. Lost keys may result in a refund.

8. Energy saving We invite you to:

• Turn off lights and air conditioning when not needed
• Close doors and windows when you go out

9. Pets Pets are not allowed unless prior arrangements have been made.

10. Waste Please follow the instructions for separate waste collection, if applicable.

11. Responsibility The management is not responsible for personal items left unattended in rooms or common areas.

12. Acceptance of the rules Staying at the B&B implies acceptance of these rules.
