Terms & conditions
1. Booking The booking is considered confirmed upon receipt of a written confirmation (email or booking platform) and, where required, the payment of a deposit or credit card details as a guarantee.
2. Check-in e Check-out
- Check-in: from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM (unless otherwise agreed)
- Check-out: by 10:00 am. Any requests outside of these hours must be agreed upon in advance.
3. Payments: The balance of your stay must be paid upon check-in, unless otherwise agreed. The following payment methods are accepted: cash, bank transfer, and credit cards.
4. Tourist tax If required by the Municipality, the tourist tax is not included in the price and must be paid on site.
5. Cancellation Policy The cancellation policy indicated in the dedicated section (see above) applies.
6. Use of the facility Guests are required to:
- Use spaces and furnishings with care
- Respect other guests and the neighborhood
- Observe silence during the night hours (approximately 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM)
7. Guest Responsibilities: Guests are responsible for any damage caused to the property or furnishings. In such cases, a refund may be requested.
8. Personal Items The property is not responsible for any theft, loss, or damage to personal items left in rooms or common areas.
9. Prohibitions
- Smoking is prohibited inside the rooms.
- Pets are not allowed unless otherwise agreed.
- It is forbidden to host unregistered people
10. Privacy Guests' personal data will be processed in compliance with current legislation (EU Regulation 2016/679 – GDPR) exclusively for purposes related to the stay.
11. Force majeure The property cannot be held responsible for any disruptions caused by force majeure events (e.g. natural disasters, interruptions of essential services, etc.).
12. Acceptance of the conditions By booking, the guest declares that he has read and accepted these Terms and Conditions.
